Hi guys! Looking to sublease an apartment for the spring quarter of ucsb or a possible cheaper rent place! Hit me up if you have anything and we can see if I’m a good fit! Im super clean and lived on my own the last two years so I keep a clean house. Had to move home for a bit after nursing school but im moving back to town for work and just trying to get on my feet! Budget about 900$ or less Willing to be in a double. Willing to do a triple if the price is worth it. Ready to move in by February 20; willing to discuss prorated price for the remaining days if the month. Me and my girlfriend are trying to move in with eachother by June latest so it would be a temporary thing but if everyone plans to move out by then we’re willing to take over the lease!
